Fix this product page
An interactive product page that shows four questions shoppers leave a page to answer, and the fix for each one.
- The shopping problem
Shoppers leave product pages to find answers the page could have given them. Which colour is in the photo? Will it fit? What will delivery cost? On a phone, the buy button also scrolls out of sight.
- What was built
- A phone-sized product page for a made-up brand, with every fix switchable on and off.
- Colour swatches that change the photo, fit information beside the size choice, delivery and returns beside the price, and a sticky add-to-cart bar.
- A keyboard-friendly control panel that explains each problem and each fix in words, so the demo makes sense without the animation.
