Transforming clicks into orders.

I’m Micky Kaiserman. I find where shoppers hesitate and fix it, inside Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce, and I connect the store to everything behind it: ERP, fulfilment and email.

Try it. Turn the bottle. Each orange point is a question a shopper asks before buying.

Anatomy of a product page

Scroll to take one apart. Each layer has to answer one question, or the shopper leaves to find the answer somewhere else.

  1. The photo “What am I buying?”

It shows the exact colour and size the shopper picked.

  2. Title and price “Is it worth it?”

Name, price and the one line that matters, nothing more.

  3. Colour “Which one?”

Choices shown as the product, not as names in a list.

  4. Size “Will it fit?”

Real measurements right next to the choice.

  5. Add to cart “How do I buy it?”

One clear button that stays in reach on a phone.

  6. Delivery and returns “What if it goes wrong?”

Cost, timing and returns before checkout, not after.

Where orders go

A sale doesn’t end at the buy button. Scroll to follow an order through the systems I work on, from the storefront to the email that brings the customer back.

  1. Storefront

    Shopify Plus, Salesforce B2C Commerce

Where the shopper decides. Conversion work on product pages, collections and search, theme and feature builds, tracking and tests.

  2. Cart and checkout

Shopify Checkout, payment and shipping rules

Where most orders are lost. Costs, delivery and trust shown before the shopper commits, and a checkout that gets out of the way.

  3. ERP and operations

    NetSuite and other back-office systems

Orders, stock, prices and customers mapped correctly between the store and the ERP. Integrations, store consolidation and migrations.

  4. Fulfilment

    Warehouse, carriers, returns

The promises the page makes have to be kept. Delivery dates, shipping rules and a returns flow that matches what the product page said.

  5. Email and CRM

    Klaviyo, Ometria

Post-purchase, abandoned cart and retention flows, measured against orders rather than opens.

How it works

  1. Tell me about the store

Send the store address and what feels wrong. A product page you’re unsure about is enough.

  2. I review the buying path

I go through it on a phone and a desktop, the way a shopper would, and write down where they would hesitate.

  3. We agree what to build

You get the findings in plain language and a proposed scope and price before any work starts.

  4. I build and test it

I build the change in your theme, test it on real devices and set up tracking, then hand it over.

About

Kaiserman Global LTD is my company. I’ve worked on Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce stores as the person who both plans the work and does it: themes, features, integrations, migrations and the email flows that follow an order.

You talk to the person who writes the code and runs the project. I don’t do SEO or advertising. I work on what happens once a shopper has arrived.
